Land owned by Ottawa and Chippewa Indians. Outlet and riffle velocities seem high and inconsistent with inlet velocity. Based on double checking, change outlet and riffle velocities to 1.3 and 1.2 respectively. change to Moderate severity and Passabiliy .5. Still an undersized culvert.
